Can I change my order?

if you wish to make a change to your order please contact us here as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes before the order is dispatched. unfortunately once the order has been dispatched we're unable to change it.

 

Can I cancel the order?

you are welcome to cancel your order at any point before it's been packed. if you wish to do so please contact us here and we can arrange this for you, unfortunately if the order has been packed or dispatched we will be unable to cancel your order but you are welcome to return the item to us for a refund once you receive it, as long as the item is not personalised.

 

How do you clean a leather jewelry box?

The cleaning of leather should be done gently, by hand.

Dip a clean, soft rag in the soapy water and squeeze off the excess water. Never allow the water to be dripping off the rag in order to avoid over-saturating the fake leather with water. Gently wipe the stains clean with the damp rag until the stain is removed. Wipe off the area with a clean, dry, soft rag afterward.
